Onsite Support

Whether your internet connection has gone down or you’re having trouble with your printer or even need help diagnosing what’s wrong with your server we can help.

When the technician arrives and has a look at the problem they can explain to you what is causing it and how they can resolve it in a way that’s easy to understand, most issues can be resolved within the first hour, however our technicians are flexible and if a job requires more time they can adjust their schedules to fit you in. If it’s uneconomical to perform the repair on-site the technician can always bring it back to our workshop so we can resolve the issue using one of our fixed price repairs.

Remote Support

If you require support for a device that has an active internet connection we are happy to help with our remote support software. With your permission we can interact with your device as if we were sitting right next to you. This enables us to provide quick resolutions to simple software issues such as printer or email problems and software installation. Workshop

Our workshop has in excess of 20 benches which enables us to ensure there is minimal waiting time for repairs or maintenance.
